9) Recently one south east asian country was engaged in a cyber crime. Which country and what was it? Which all activities were involved?

Q then asked a couple of questions about family. (Father mother’s occupation,Where we live etc)
Interview went on for 8-10 minutes. Majority of the questions are from personal life.
I asked a few other candidates also. They were asked questions mostly related to their jobs, area, city, internal issues therein, IB only.

• Tell me about India’s security dimensions (I mentioned a few related terms, and he asked me to explain each in one line, which I did).
M1:
• You are from Jamnagar. Can you tell me about any relation between Jamsaheb and a foreign country? Which country, and what is the relation? (I answered).
• The Polish people gave him a title. What is it? (I had heard it before but was unable to recall it at that moment).
• Who has been designated as the next heir of Jamsaheb recently? (I answered).
M2:
• What is the economic significance of the Gulf of Kutch? (I answered).
M3:
• Are prison reforms successful? (I answered).
M4 (Female):
• As you mentioned the term “cybersecurity” and given that your background is in computer engineering, tell me the difference between hashing and encryption. (I answered).

• Your interview is over, thank you.
(The entire interview, they were nodding positively and smiling slightly. When I left, everyone was smiling.)
