Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vyasa IAS, we are committed to providing quality educational content, coaching, study materials, mentorship, and other learning services to our students. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any course offered through our website or other official channels.

1. No Refund Policy

All course fees paid to Vyasa IAS are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a student completes the payment and enrolment for any course, the payment cannot be cancelled, refunded, reversed, or transferred to another person or another course, irrespective of whether the student has started or used the course.

This policy applies to all courses, batches, programmes, subscriptions, study materials, test series, mentorship programmes, and other educational services offered by Vyasa IAS.

2. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided if a student:

  • Changes their mind after purchasing a course.

  • Decides not to continue with the course.

  • Finds the course unsuitable after enrolment.

  • Does not attend live classes.

  • Does not watch the recorded classes.

  • Does not use the study material or other course resources.

  • Is unable to prepare for or appear in the relevant examination.

  • Purchases the course by mistake.

  • Purchases a course without reviewing its syllabus, duration, features, eligibility, or other details.

Students are requested to carefully review all course information before making a purchase.

3. Course Access and Digital Content

Where a course provides access to digital content, including but not limited to:

  • Live classes

  • Recorded lectures

  • PDFs and study materials

  • Test series

  • Mock tests

  • Practice materials

  • Mentorship sessions

  • Doubt-solving sessions

  • Interview guidance

  • Other digital resources

access may be provided immediately or according to the schedule specified for the particular course.

Once access to digital course content or services has been provided, the course fee remains non-refundable.

4. Non-Transferability

Course enrolments are personal to the student who purchased the course.

A course cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with another person without prior written permission from Vyasa IAS.

Sharing login credentials or course content with another person may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

5. Technical Issues

Vyasa IAS may provide reasonable assistance in resolving genuine technical issues related to course access.

Temporary technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, device-related problems, or issues caused by the student’s internet service provider or equipment do not make the student eligible for a refund.

Students should contact the Vyasa IAS support team if they experience difficulty accessing their purchased course.

6. Course Cancellation or Changes by Vyasa IAS

In exceptional circumstances, Vyasa IAS may modify, reschedule, replace, postpone, or discontinue a class, faculty member, batch schedule, or other course component.

Where reasonably possible, Vyasa IAS may provide an alternative arrangement, replacement class, alternative faculty, revised schedule, or equivalent educational solution.

Such changes will not automatically create a right to a refund.

If Vyasa IAS is unable to deliver a purchased course or an equivalent alternative due to circumstances entirely within its control, the matter may be reviewed by the management on a case-by-case basis.

7. Examination Postponement or Cancellation

If the examination for which a course has been purchased is postponed, rescheduled, cancelled, or otherwise affected by the relevant examination authority, no refund of the course fee will be provided solely because of such change.

Vyasa IAS may, where appropriate, extend or modify course access or provide other reasonable academic arrangements.

8. Duplicate Payments

If a student believes that they have been charged more than once for the same transaction, they should contact Vyasa IAS support with the relevant payment details.

After verification, any genuine duplicate payment may be reviewed and, where applicable, refunded after deducting any applicable transaction or processing charges.

9. Payment Gateway or Bank Charges

Where a refund is exceptionally approved by Vyasa IAS, any payment gateway, banking, transaction, or processing charges that are non-recoverable may be deducted from the amount refunded, where applicable.

11. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing or enrolling in any course offered by Vyasa IAS, the student acknowledges that they have:

  • Read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy;

  • Reviewed the course details, syllabus, duration, features, and applicable terms;

  • Understood that course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; and

  • Agreed to be bound by this policy.

Students are therefore requested to carefully review the course information and make an informed decision before completing payment.
